MEASURING WHAT MATTERS

MEASURING WHAT MATTERS

We are committed to transparency and accountability. United Way of Lea County uses data, community feedback, and performance metrics to guide investments, evaluate programs, and track progress over time. This includes impact dashboards, program outcomes, and financial transparency that demonstrate how donor support is making a difference in the lives of local families

Stories Behind the Numbers

Data tells part of the story — people tell the rest. Behind every statistic is a neighbor, family, or child whose life has been impacted through programs, partnerships, and community support.

These stories highlight resilience, hope, and the power of collective action in Lea County.

ALICE and Community Data

ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) data helps us understand the realities faced by hardworking individuals and families who struggle to afford basic necessities despite being employed.

By using ALICE data alongside local insights, United Way of Lea County identifies gaps, informs advocacy efforts, and partners with organizations to address root causes of financial instability.

Volunteers
